Refund Policy

At PawAnthems, we take great care in creating personalized songs that capture the unique spirit of your beloved pet. Because each song is custom-made based on your pet’s details, we have a strict no-refund policy in most cases. However, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your experience, so please review our policy below.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a song has been created and delivered. Every song is tailored to your pet’s name, personality, and story, making it non-resellable to others.

Non-refundable items include:
🎵 Custom Pet Songs (Once delivered)
🎶 Tribute Anthems
💌 Gifted Songs

Once we begin work on your song, refunds will not be issued. However, we do allow modifications (see below).

2. Song Revisions & Modifications

We want you to love your custom song! If you are not fully satisfied with the final product, we offer one free revision, such as a new brand new song request.

🔹 Requests for revision must be made within 7 days of receiving the song.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. If we have not started working on your song, we may issue a partial refund (minus processing fees).

If work on your song has already begun, we cannot process a refund.

4. Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue (such as not receiving your song or receiving a corrupted file), we will gladly assist you in resending the file at no extra cost. If we are unable to deliver the song due to an error on our end, a full refund may be considered.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute without first reaching out to us violates our policy. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any issues. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported.
